1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside continually in the Parsonage House.

2. Other benefices: I have but one.

3. Divine service at other churches: No.

4. Frequency of divine service: I regularly perform it twice every Sunday.

5. Frequency of communion: I administered ye Sacrament four Times within the year viz: at Christmas Easter & Whitsontide & Michmas to about 12 Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: At Easter.

7. Church fabric: The Church and all Utensils are decent.

8. Glebe terrier: It shall be done.

9. Number of families: Thirty.

10. Chapels: I have none.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have none.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have none.

13. Charity: We have one annuity of Forty Shillings, which is properly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: Your Lordship would please to direct to Browse Trist at Woodleigh to be left at Mountsnead Kingsbridge. I was admitted to Priest Orders on the Twenty First Day of September 1766
    I was instituted on the Ninth Day of October 1766
