To the Revd the Minister of Woodland

  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside at Ashburton where I have the Care of a Public Grammar School. There is no house for the Minister to reside in at Woodland.

  2. Other benefices: I have no more than the Cure of Woodland.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine Service at no Church but my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church twice every Lord's day, with a Sermon both parts of the Day.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administed four times a Year. The Number of communicants may be about forty.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the Youth of my Parish soon after Midsummer.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good repair & the Churchyard well kept. I have all things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Lands Houses &c according to the Tenor of the 87th Canon.

  9. Number of families: The Number of Families in my Parish may be about thirty.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papists within my Parish - No meeting-houses for dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No Alms-Houses, Hospital or parochial Library. There is a public School for the instruction of poor Scholars which I believe, is managed according to the direction of its Founder.

  13. Charity: There are Some lands left for charitable uses, and as far as I know duely applied. There are likewise Some other benefactions.
