  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: My Lord,
    I do not reside on my Parsonage, having been lately appointed to the Living I found the House much dilapidated, [illegible deletion] being obliged since my preferment to go abroad; the House is not as yet perfectly fit for my reception, & untill it is so I reside at Totnes - I have no Lecturer, but I have a Resident Curate, with an annual Salary of forty pounds.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I serve the Parish of Stavaton.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice, with a Sermon both morning & evening.

  5. Frequency of communion: Eight times annually the number of Communicants about twenty five.

  6. Catechising of children: About Whitsunday.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel is in good repair & the Church yard well kept, & all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is none.

  9. Number of families: About two hundred.

  10. Chapels: None.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: None.

  13. Charity: None.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted the [illegible deletion]
    3d of June 1777 & ordained Priest on Trinity Sunday of the same year - I have the honour with due respect to be your Lordships most obedient humble Servant
