  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: The Revd Mr Lodge Rectr of this parish resides in Surry. His Curate is Gregory Tamlyn Clerk Rectr of Bradford, whose Salary is twenty pounds the Year. There is no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: The Curate cannot answer this positively, but believes Mr Lodge has no other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At my own Church Bradford.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd every Sunday, and alternately in the forenoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administered four times in the year viz at Xtmas Easter Whitsunday and Michaelmas, the number of communicants about twenty or thirty.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Summer Season.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good repair, and all things for Divine Service decent.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is no Terrier as far as I have heard.

  9. Number of families: About thirty.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel within the parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Papists or Meeting-houses of any denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No publick School Alms-houses Hospital or other charitable Endowment within the parish; nor parochial Library.

  13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements or other Benefactions for Charitable uses.

    Priest's orders and institution: Mr Lodge himself must be apply'd to for your Lordship's more particular Satisfaction, in these points. His institution I remember was some time last Summer 1778, as small time after which, he was inducted by me
