  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I personally reside in my parish and in my parsonage House.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at Lew Trenchard and at Lydford but in the latter only about two parts in ten of the Inhabitants are under my care. The remainder under the care of the Curate of Whithycoombe in Dartmoor.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd once on the Lord's day with a Sermon. The quarter part of the Inhabitants being situated much nearer to Lyfton have for many years resorted to that Church in the afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administer'd four times in a year. The number of Communicants about twenty.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the youth of my parish in the Summer and at those Times perform Divine Service twice on the Lord's day.

  7. Church fabric: My Church and Chancel is in good Repair, and my Churchyard is well kept; and have all things decent for divine service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses &c according to the Tenor of 87th Canon.

  9. Number of families: The number of Families is about forty.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within my parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists in my parish nor are there any meeting Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no publick or other School in my parish: only one House capable of containing three small Families: rent free [illegible deletions] we have no parochial Library.

  13. Charity: We have an Estate of twenty pounds per annum bequeathed for pious and Charitable uses - and the money arising therefrom, after the Disbursments are allow'd, is duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: The Date of my Institution is Jany the 8th 1762.
    The Date of my Priest's orders is February the 15th 1761.
