  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside, my Lord, personally upon my cure and in my Parsonage house. I have no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice my Lord.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at present my Lord, at Townstal near Dartmouth, besides my own Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performd once every Sunday in my Church in the morning & afternoon <alternately> with a Sermon, with the consent of my Parishioners.

  5. Frequency of communion: The sacrament of the Lord's Supper, my Lord, is administer'd eight times a year. I have about twenty communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the youth of my Parish, my Lord, the greatest part of the Summer.

  7. Church fabric: My Church & Chancel, my Lord, are in good repair. my Church-yard is well kept; & I have all things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier of the Glebe Land; but have been informd there is one in the registers office at Exeter. If that be not sufficient. I'll make one, whenever your Lordship shall please to order.

  9. Number of families: I have but eighteen families in my Parish, my Lord.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel in my Parish, my Lord.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have neither any reputed Papists, nor dissenters of any denomination in my Parish, my Lord.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have no school, but a Small reading school. No Alms-house, hospital, or other charitable endowment nor any Parochial Library in my Parish, my Lord.

  13. Charity: The only benefaction that has been left for any pious or charitable use is a sum of eight pounds, which tradition says is to be kept at interest for the benefit of poor housekeepers which is done.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution, my Lord, bears date the 24th day of March 1746 and my Priest's orders the 25th day of September 1743. I am
