  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure & in my Parsonage House. I serve my Cure & there is no Lecturer in this Parish.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice than this of Manaton.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at no other Church but my own, except casually assisting a sick or absent Clergyman.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Lord's Day, with a Sermon in the Morning, & another in the afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times a year, Christmass, Easter, Whitsunday & Michaelmass; Number of Cummunicants, between thirty and Forty.

  6. Catechising of children: The Sundays following Trinity Sunday.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel is in good repair, the Church-yard well kept & all things fit for Divine Service decent.

  8. Glebe terrier: Yes, I have.

  9. Number of families: I am <not> exactly certain; They are neare about fifty three.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no Papists, nor Dissenters, neither are there any meeting Houses or Teachers.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is only a trifling reading school in my Parish without any endowment.

  13. Charity: There are none.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution was dated the twenty <sixth> day of June in the year of our Lord 1776. Ordained Deacon the sixth of Novr. 1768, & Priest the eighth of July 1770. A letter directed to me to be left at my Father's Mr. Carwithen near the Corn markett Exeter will reach me soonest as there is no Post office near me.
