  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my Cure, and in my Vicarage House. I have no resident Curate, nor Lecture.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service at any other Church besides my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church twice every Lord's Day, with a Sermon in the Morning, and Afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administered six times in the Year, and I have about forty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: I purpose, God willing, to catechise the Youth of my Parish early in the Summer.

  7. Church fabric: My Church & Chancel are in good Repair; the Church Yard well kept; and all things are tolerably decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There are two Terriers lodged in the Register's Office. It will be very difficult to procure a new one properly signed.

  9. Number of families: I have about one hundred Families in my Parish.

  10. Chapels: There is a Chapel annexed to the Parish of Loddeswell called Buckland Toutsaints which hath been in ruins above eighty years, but a new one is now erected at the sole Expence of John Henry Southcote Esqr. At present I am not certain how it is supported.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have a Family reputed Papists within my Parish. I have no meeting Houses, nor Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have no publick School within my Parish. There is an Alm's House, but no Hospital or Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There is an Estate of Land about fifteen Pounds a year, given to the Poor of this Parish for ever; and also another Estate of about ten Pounds a year left for the repair of the Church, both which are duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted the twentieth day of May, one thousand seven hundred & seventy seven. I was ordained Priest the seventh Day of August, one thousand seven hundred & sixty eight.
