  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside at Sandford, being the Chaplain of that Perpetual Cure. I have a Curate Resident the Revd Nicholas Gay with the Salary of thirty Guineas. There is no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have the Perpetual Cure of Sandford.

  3. Divine service at other churches: Mr Gay the Curate serves Monk-Oakhampton with Jacobstow.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd twice a Sunday in the Summer Months, & once in the Winter.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times a year. The Communicants about sixteen on an Average.

  6. Catechising of children: From the middle of June to the middle of August.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier.

  9. Number of families: About thirty.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: None.
