  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: My Lord, I do not reside upon my Cure, but at Widecombe, Mr Tucker Rector of Broadwoodkelly is my Curate, with a Salary of £15 10s per year, the Living being very small.

  2. Other benefices: No.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at Widecombe.

  4. Frequency of divine service: My Church has now Service once a Day with a Sermon, the custom being formally once a Fortnight.

  5. Frequency of communion: On the 4 Grand Festivals, when there are about 15 Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: Every Summer between Midsummer & Michaelmas.

  7. Church fabric: All is in very good order.

  8. Glebe terrier: I hear that there was one, but if the Contrary appears your Lordship shall have one presented, at ye visitation.

  9. Number of families: About 10.

  10. Chapels: No

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No

  13. Charity: No
