  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: Have resided in the Parsonage House for 10 Years last past ever since I had the Living & no where else have neither Curate or Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: None.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Lords Day very seldom fail with 2 Sermons

  5. Frequency of communion: Eight times a year - to about 40 or 50 persons.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Summer Months began at Easter.

  7. Church fabric: Cant much bragg of this.

  8. Glebe terrier: I am informed there are Terriers in the Court at Exeter but have never seen them.

  9. Number of families: About 90.

  10. Chapels: None.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: A writing & reading School no Library.

  13. Charity: None.

    Priest's orders and institution: Orderd Deacon by his pres[en]t Grace of Canterbury then Bishop of Lich & Cov in Grosvenor Chapel 22d Decr 1754. Ordaind Priest by Dr Lavington Bp of Exeter Septr 19th 1756. Date of my Institution to the Living of Dittsham. 7th December 1768
