1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside personally upon my Cure; I reside in Okehampton, partly on Account of ill Health, & partly for the Education of my Children; I have a Curate who resides at a small Distance from; his name is Neyle; he hath a very small Living of his own, about a mile from; his Salary is thirty Pounds per Annum.

2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

3. Divine service at other churches: Divine Service is perform'd by Mr. Neyle, at West-Ogwell, once a Fortnight, which is his own Living.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd, ev'ry other Sunday at my Church, twice a Day, with a sermon; & ev'ry other Sunday, once with a Sermon.

5. Frequency of communion: Four Times a year. the Number of Communicants are about eighty.

6. Catechising of children: The Children are catechised the Summer Part of the year.

7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good repair. the Church Yard is well kept. there are all Things decent for Divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: There is no Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses & c: I shall endeavour to get one made.

9. Number of families: The Number of Families are about sixty five.

10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within the Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists in the Parish; there are no Meeting-Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is a School in the Parish. There is no Alms-House nor Hospital there is twenty Shillings paid for the Education of five Poor Children by the Feoffees; there is no Parochial Library.

13. Charity: I do not know of any Lands or Benefactions being left for charitable {uses} or pious uses.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted the Seventeenth Day of September one thousand seven hundred sixty five. ordain'd Priest the twenty fifth Day of September one thousand seven hundred fifty seven.
