  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside in my Parsonage House.

  2. Other benefices: One only.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on the Lords Day with a Sermon in the morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Communicants are about four score And the Sacrament is administered four times in the Year.

  6. Catechising of children: Between Easter and Whitsuntide.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good repair And all things are decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier.

  9. Number of families: About one Hundred.

  10. Chapels: There is none.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists nor Meeting-Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no School. There are Alms Houses {and a charitable Endowment for the support of the Poor which is duly applied}.

  13. Charity: There are Lands left partly for the maintenance of the Poor and partly for the repairs of the Church which are duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: The Date of My Institution is the 25 of October 1764. Priest orders 23 Sepr: 1764.
