  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: Yes - but not in ye Vicarage House - board & lodge with a Farmer Mr. Holditch - about a stones cast from the Vicarage House. Being a Batchelor & ye Living small find it more convenient. No Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: No.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice - with a Sermon morning & afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: At each of the great Festivals - and Michaelmas - Number of Communicants between forty & fifty.

  6. Catechising of children: Between Easter & Whitsuntide.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: No - but will (as instructed) apply to the Register for one.

  9. Number of families: About fifty.

  10. Chapels: None.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None of either.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: A private School for reading & writing - A small alms-house duly managed. No parochial Library.

  13. Charity: An Estate about twelve pounds a year duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordained Priest ye thirtieth of July 1775. Instituted to ye Vicarage of Cornworthy ye fifteenth of November in ye same year. Charles Barter.
