  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in the vicarage house. My Son was Licensed to be my Curate, but is now Chaplain of the Union man of war.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I Serve no other Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice on the Lord's day with a Sermon in the morning, & an exposition on the Ch. Catechism or on the Epistle or Gospell in the afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Usually Six times a Year so from 20 to 45 Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: On Sundays after Evening prayers in the Summer.

  7. Church fabric: The Church Chancell & Ch-yard are in good order, & every thing decent.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier which I will deliver in at the Visitation.

  9. Number of families: One hundred and four families.

  10. Chapels: We have no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have no Papists nor meeting house in the parish; nor Dissenter of any Sort.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have a School to teach children to write & read where Sir Fred[eric]k Rogers Bart voluntary pays for teaching poor children. We have an alms house; {& an estate let for £15 10s 0d yearly; which is employed in relieving poor persons.} No Library.

  13. Charity: We have an estate Let for £15 10s 0d yearly; the rent of which is employed in relieving poor persons in occasional necessity: & an account of the rent & disburstments properly kept in a book.
