  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: My Lord. I do reside personally in my vicarage House, at Bridgerule near Holsworthy Devon.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice, than the small Vicarage of Bridgerule.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine Service at Wike St. Pancras a Daughter Church to Bradworthy: by the Appointment of the late Bishop of Exeter.

  4. Frequency of divine service: As I serve Wike St Pancras with my own Vicarage, Service is performed at each Church once every Sunday; morning & evening Service alternately.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administered at each of my Cures Four Times every year: And have at each church about Thirty communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the youth generally in Lent; sometimes immediately after Easter.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in decent Repair, & all Things are in decent order.

  8. Glebe terrier: There have been Terriers made & offered to the Registry; but for certain Reasons have been held inadmissible. The Parish are unwilling, at this Time, to have a New one.

  9. Number of families: About Fifty.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within our Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have no Papists: nor any dissenting Congregations within our Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: None.

  13. Charity: Many Lands & Tenements have been left to pious use in this Neighbourhood: & for want of knowing how to get Relief, they are greatly misapplied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordained Priest at Exeter December 23d 1759. I was admitted to the Vicarage of Bridgerule September 4th 1765
