  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: Brent-Torr is a perpetual Curacy, and has neither Parsonage nor Vicarage House - I reside at Tavistock, being master of the Grammar School in that Town, and serve it from thence. There is no Lecturer belonging to the Church.

  2. Other benefices: I have no Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: Yes, at Petertavy, about three miles from Brent-Torr.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed at Brent-Torr three Sundays out of four, every fourth Sunday is omitted according to usual Custom.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administered four times in the Year. The number of Communicants about Eight.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Summer Season.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Glebe Lands, consequently no Terrier.

  9. Number of families: About Sixteen.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within the Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists in the Parish, nor Meeting-Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no publick or other School in my Parish; no Alms-House, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment, nor any Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: No Lands, Tenements, or other Benefactions have been left for any pious and charitable Uses.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Licence to Brent-Torr bears date November 12th 1771.
    My Priests Orders bear date June 23d 1765
