1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in my Parsonage House. There is no Lecturer.

2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

3. Divine service at other churches: Yes, at Thornbury.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perfomed once every Lord's day at each parish, and alternately in the forenoon.

5. Frequency of communion: {Four} Six times in the year viz: twice at Christmas and Easter and once at Whitsunday and Michaelmas. The Number of communicants at Christmas and Easter about forty, at Whitsunday and Michaelmas between twenty and thirty.

6. Catechising of children: During the Summer when the days are longest and children can come to church from the most distant parts of the parish.

7. Church fabric: Yes.

8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier.

9. Number of families: Thirty.

10. Chapels: I have no Chapel.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no Papists, nor meeting houses of any denomination.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are no publick School, Alms-Houses, Hospital or other Endowment, nor parochial Library.

13. Charity: None.
