  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I live at Partington near Chard as there is no House fit for the Residence of a Clergyman, with out very considerable Repairs. I have had a Licence for more than twenty years.

  2. Other benefices: I have none.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At Membury.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Once.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four Times a year. The number of Communicants are about thirty six.

  6. Catechising of children: Throughout the Summer.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: Yes.

  9. Number of families: About one Hundred & ten.

  10. Chapels: There is none.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are none.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are two Charitys one a Meadow, the other an Annuity from the Mercers Company, both are regularly distributed to the Poor.

  13. Charity: None but the above.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordained Priest the thirteenth Day of June 1756.
