  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally in my Parsonage House I have no Curate, or Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd in my Church twice every Lord's Day with a sermon both in the morning and Afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times upwards of an Hundred.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Spring.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good Repair, and the Church-yard well kept. And I have all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier in the Register's office at Exeter.

  9. Number of families: An Hundred.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papist, Meeting-House or Dissenter of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No School, or other Charitable Endowment. Nor any parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There have been some small Sums of money <bequeathed> amounting in the whole to one hundred Pounds, the interest of which is duly applied according to the Donors Directions.
