  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: No. At Sidbury where my wife & family live & your Lordship was pleased to permit me to be with them I have a Resident Curate (Samuel Merryfield) in the Vicarage house at Upottery, who is Licensed & his Salary £5 a year. No Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: Only one Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At no other.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Lord's Day, with a Sermon morning & afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: 4 times a year. About 30 or 40 each Time

  6. Catechising of children: In April, May, June & July.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier entred in the parish Register.

  9. Number of families: About 100.

  10. Chapels: None.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None. There is one Dissenting Meeting-House of Anabaptists. The Teacher's Name is Crispe.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is one School in the parish, Supported by the Lord of the Manor & the Parish Jointly to teach poor children to read, write, & Cast accounts.

  13. Charity: Yes. About £7 per annum & this charity is duly applied by minister & Churchwardens.
