  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I have a Resident Curate. Salary fifty Pounds per Annum with Surplus Fees, Vicarage House &c: No Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice in your Lordship's Diocese. But another Benefice in the Bishop of Bristol's Diocese.

  3. Divine service at other churches: [No answer given]

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd twice every Sunday, with two Sermons.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administer'd four Times a year. Number of Communicants about twenty.

  6. Catechising of children: As often as convenient for the Curate.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel in good Repair. And all other Things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I cannot answer your Lordship to this Question. The Glebe is at present lett at £61 per Annum.

  9. Number of families: A very large, extensive Parish; Cannot be particular what number of Families.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Dissenting Congregation of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: A Charity School of five Pounds per Annum. And duly managed according to the Direction of the Founder.

  13. Charity: None.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted to the Vicarage Dec:br 1777.
    Have been in Priest Orders ever since the year 1754.
