  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside at my Parsonage, but with my Father in Herfordshire & London on account of his ill State of Health. I have a Resident Licensed curate the Revd Jn Ringman at 40 Guineas a year. No Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have the Living of Rewe in Devonshire, which adjoins to my other of Silverton.

  3. Divine service at other churches: [No answer given]

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on the Lord's Day & a Sermon morning & afternoon & Prayers Wednesday's Fridays & all Saints Days.

  5. Frequency of communion: Seven times a year. Easter Sunday & ye Sunday following - Whitsunday & Trinity Sunday - first Sunday after Michaelmas, Christmas day & ye Sunday following from 30 to 40 Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: In Lent.

  7. Church fabric: All in Good Repair, & all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier - there is I believe one in the Register's Office at Exeter.

  9. Number of families: About 260.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no Papists or reputed Papists nor any Meeting Houses.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is a School, free for all Boys belonging to the Parish, which is duly managed according to the direction of the Founder. No Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There are Lands, Tenements & some fee farm Rents issuing out of Lands amounting alltogether to between 30 & 40 Pounds a year & which are duly applied & ye Profits distributed annually or weekly in Bread or money according to ye direction of the Donors.
