  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on the Lord's Day, with two Sermons.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in a year; viz. Easter ,Whitsunday, Michaelmas, & Christmas, - About forty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: On Sundays & Holy:days.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have one.

  9. Number of families: One hundred & Seventy.

  10. Chapels: None.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papists. - One Presbyterian Meeting-House; - Isaac Smith Teacher.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: One Charity School for the instruction of thirty Poor Children in Reading - one Alms-House used as a work House.

  13. Charity: Yes.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution is dated July 30th: 1766.
