  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: The Parish of Sheldon has been served for some years past by a neighbouring Clergyman. My Brother will apply to your Lordship at the ensuing ordination for Deacons orders with a Title to ye Curacy. Salary twenty pounds a year.

  2. Other benefices: I have the Rectory of Wotton Fitzpaine in the County of Dorset, where I reside.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I serve no Church but Wotton Fitzpaine.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Sheldon has Prayers & a Sermon once a Day according to Custom.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year.
    Seven or eight Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: About Whitsunday.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: No glebe lands.

  9. Number of families: About fifteen.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papists or meeting House for Dissenters of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No publick School, Alms-House, Hospital or Charitable endowment, or Library.

  13. Charity: No such Lands or Benefactions.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordain'd Priest in July 1773, at which time I was plac'd in the perpetual Cure of Sheldon on the Nomination of my Brother Francis Rose Drewe of Grange.
