  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do personally Reside on my Cure.

  2. Other benefices: I have not.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Sunday with a Sermon in the Forenoon and After-noon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the Year, and about Thirty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: Easter, & Whitsuntide.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair, The Church-yard well kept, & every thing decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier.

  9. Number of families: About Seventy.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within the Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are None.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no publick School, but a private One for the Education of Children, There is an Alms-house near the Church, inhabited by the poor of ye Parish.

  13. Charity: There are Several Small Benefactions deposited in the hands of Trustees, The Interest of which is properly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution to the Vicarage of Rockbeare in the County of Devon is Dated 28th of Octr 1772. The Collation to the Rectory of St Laurence Exeter, March 20th 1779. Priest orders, 13th of Novr 1763.
