1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside at Tiverton, being one of the Masters of the School there. I have a Curate, John Ling, who also generally resides at Tiverton, being Assistant at the School. I believe he is not licensed. Salary £25 per annum. No Lecturer.

2. Other benefices: No.

3. Divine service at other churches: I serve the Cure of Cadbury.

4. Frequency of divine service: Sometimes twice, & when not twice, the Reason is that Jn Ling the Curate assists the old Rector of Puddington, a neighbouring Parish.

5. Frequency of communion: Alway four times at least - in a year - about 30 Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: They are catechised in the Summer afternoons.

7. Church fabric: Yes.

8. Glebe terrier: No - that I know of.

9. Number of families: About 60 or 70.

10. Chapels: No.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No.

13. Charity: Some small Benefactions - which I believe are duly applied.
