  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: My chief Residence is at the Parsonage of Parkham, there is no Curate, or Lecturer, unless occasionally.

  2. Other benefices: No more Benefices than one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: Sometimes to oblige a neighbouring Clergyman.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is generally performed twice every Lords Day, with a Sermon in the morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administer'd eight Times in the year. The number of Communicants are one hundred and fifty four.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Summer Season every Lord's day after evening Prayers.

  7. Church fabric: Everything is in very decent and regular Order.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier a Copy of which (if required) will be presented at the Visitation.

  9. Number of families: One hundred and nine.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within the parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There is only one reputed Papist. No Meeting Houses nor Dissenters.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are two private Schools but no Alms House or other charitable Endowment.

  13. Charity: There is a small Benefaction of one pound per Annum.
