  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: Okeford, May 10th, 1779
    My Lord,
    I reside personally upon my Cure in a House adjoining to my Church-Yard, for the greater Conveniency: my Parsonage <House> lying at more than half a Miles Distance from it. I have no Curate, no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have another Benefice, that of Zeale Monachorum in your Lordship's Diocese.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service at any other Church besides my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church twice every Lords Day, with a Sermon both in the Forenoon & in the Afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's <Supper> is administered five times a year. The Number of Communicants about fifty.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the Youth of my Parish in the Summer months.

  7. Church fabric: My Church and Chancel are in good Repair and my Church-yard well kept. I have all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses, &c according to the Tenor of the 87 Canon.

  9. Number of families: The Number of Families in my Parish is about eighty.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists in my Parish, nor any Meeting Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have a publick School in my Parish, with an Endowment of five pounds a year, for instructing Children in Reading, Writing and Arithmetic. No Alms-House, Hospital, or other charitable endowment. No Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There is an Annuity of three pounds (formerly given by one Mr Spurway) to the Poor of my Parish & also another Annuity of forty Shillings to each of two Poor Householders given by the late Mrs Pyncombe. Both of these are duly applied.
