1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not at present reside but live at Sidbury & take care of my parish once a day according to custom.

2. Other benefices: Yes the perpetual Cure of Dunkswell.

4. Frequency of divine service: Once as Customary.

5. Frequency of communion: 4 times a year.

7. Church fabric: Yes.

8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier, but not at present to be found.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: None

13. Charity: About £10 or £12 a year given to ye poor and proper trustees for the managing the same.
