  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure and in my Parsonage House. I have a curate with a Sallary of £40 per annum & the Surplice fees. He resides on a Small living of his own (Ashford) distant a little more than one mile from my Parish Church, not licenced. We have not any Lecturer. My Curate is The Revd Thos. Bliss Vicar of the small Parishes of Ashford & Yarnscomb.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice but one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine Service at no other Church besides my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd in my Church twice on the Lords day, with a Sermon in the morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Lord's Supper is administered eight times in the year. We have about Sixty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: During the Summer Season.

  7. Church fabric: Our Church & Chancel, and Church Yard are in decent repair, as are all things for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: We have a Terrier according to the Tenor of the 87th Canon.

  9. Number of families: About one hundred and twenty.

  10. Chapels: We have none.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have no reputed Papists, nor dissenting meeting-House in the Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have one small writing - School, and 2 or 3 A.B.C. Schools. We have no Hospital or Alms-House other than what we call a Church House, for keeping & Lodging some Parish Poor. We have no Library.

  13. Charity: We have three or four fields of Land left for the Benefit of such poor Persons as receive no weekly releif, The rents of which are duly applied.
