  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside upon my cure, & in my Parsonage House. I have no lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: No.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on the Lord's day with a Sermon in the Morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times a year to twenty five communicants or thereabouts.

  6. Catechising of children: During Lent.

  7. Church fabric: They are. And I have all things decent for divine service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier already delivered in according to ye tenor of the 87th Canon.

  9. Number of families: Forty.

  10. Chapels: No.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no Papists nor Meeting houses for Dissenters in my Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is a School for Children in my Parish, but no Alms-house, hospital, or charitable endowment: and no parochial library.

  13. Charity: There is a Benefaction of eight pounds a year called Martin's Gift for ye use of ye poor at ye disposal of ye Minister & Church-Warden Which is duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordained, the sixteenth of March 1777, Priest; and instituted March the twenty ninth of the same year.
