  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure of Loxore at Times only, have a licenced Curate, the Revd Mr Thomas Boyce, with a Salary of £30 per Annum. He lives with his Father in the adjoining Parish of Sherwil. I have no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I am likewise Rector of the Parish of High Bray, in the Archdeaconry of Barnstaple, and Deanary of Sherwil, where I constantly reside, unless when at Loxore.

  3. Divine service at other churches: My Curate performs Divine Service at no other Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: My Curate performs Divine Service twice every Lords Day, with a Sermon in the Morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: Five times every year, viz Twice at Easter, once at Whitsuntide, once at Michaelmas, once at Christmass. About 20 Communicants, my Curate saies, one time with another.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Summer Season.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: Yes.

  9. Number of families: Thirty two.

  10. Chapels: No.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Margaret Podgers teaches children to read, and to say the Church Catechism by Heart, and paid by their Parents. No Alms House. No Hospital. No Parochial Library.
