  3. Divine service at other churches: One Part of the Lords Day at Creacomb a very small Church adjoining Knowstone.

  4. Frequency of divine service: One Part of the Lords Day with a Sermon.

  5. Frequency of communion: At Easter, Whitsunday, Michaelmas & Christmas. About Twenty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: In Lent.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel in good Repair, and all Things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: The Terrier was carried away by the last Incumbents Sister.

  9. Number of families: About Sixty Families.

  10. Chapels: No.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have a School in the Parish supported by Subscription.

  13. Charity: Many Benefactions which are duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordained a Priest the First Day of November one Thousand Seven Hundred & Sixty seven, and collated to the Vicarage of Knowstone the following Day.
