  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside at Pilton, my Parsonage-House is to be rebuilt this summer.

  2. Other benefices: One only.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at Trentishoe, a neighbouring Parish, between ye morning & evening service at my own church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on ye Lord's Day, with a sermon in ye Morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times per annum, between 20 & 30 generally attend.

  6. Catechising of children: On ye Lord's Day in ye afternoon.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: I can find no Terrier, but, according to your Lordship's request, one shall be made & delivered in at ye Visitation.

  9. Number of families: About forty three.

  10. Chapels: No.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: A small reading-school only.

  13. Charity: A few acres of land, held by ye present Tenant at ye yearly rent of five pounds ten shillings, were given for ye support of ye above school.

    Priest's orders and institution: I have most readily obey'd your Lordship's commands in answering your Enquiries, & sending ye dates of my Priest's orders & Institution, ye former of which I obtained ye 14th of July, ye latter ye 28th of August, 1776.
