  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: By your Lordship's Permission I at present reside at Burford in Oxfordshire. The Revd Mr. Vyvyan is Curate with a competent Salary. There is no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: In the year 1771 I was collated to the Vicarage of Burford, in Oxfordshire where I now perform divine Service.

  3. Divine service at other churches: Answered the foregoing.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year, about thirty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: In the months of May and June.

  7. Church fabric: All things in good repair and decent.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have heard there is a Terrier.

  9. Number of families: I Suppose about thirty.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Dissenters of any denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Only one private School, no Charitable endowments that I have heard of.

  13. Charity: None that I have heard of.

    Priest's orders and institution: Having so lately been instituted by your Lordship's Commission and exhibited my Letters of Orders the dates I presume are fresh in your Lordship's Memory.
