  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Living in the Parsonage House.

  2. Other benefices: I have no more Benefices than one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at my own Church & Chapel and at no other.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice on Sundays with a Sermon in both Parts of the Day.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administered four Times in the Year at which the number of Communicants is between 30 & 40.

  6. Catechising of children: The Children are catechised every Year during the Season of Lent.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair & the Church Yard tolerably well kept. All things for Divine Service are decent and in order.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe &c &c belonging to the Rectory.

  9. Number of families: The Number of Families upon a moderate Computation may amount to about 140.

  10. Chapels: There is a Chapel within my Parish to which the Patron of the Rectory nominates. It is served by the Rector once in three Weeks & supported by the Inhabitants of the Tything.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists in my Parish nor any Meeting House for Dissenters.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no public School Alms House or parochial Library.

  13. Charity: The Lands Tenements and other Benefactions which are left for charitable Uses are to the best of my Power & Knowledge duly applied.
