1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my Cure & in my Parsonage House. No Curate, nor Lecturer.

2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

3. Divine service at other churches: I do not.

4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Lords Day, with a Sermon in the morning.

5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year. The Number of Communicants generally about Thirty, at Easter more.

6. Catechising of children: During the Summer season.

7. Church fabric: My Church & Chancel is in good Repair & Church=yard well kept. And I have all Things decent for divine service.

8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses &c according to the Tenor of the 87th Canon.

9. Number of families: About Forty Families.

10. Chapels: No Chapel within my Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papists nor Meeting-Houses for Dissenting Congregations of any Denomination in my Parish.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Here is a School in my Parish when Children are taught to read, to write & Cypher. But no Alm's-Houses, Hospital or Charitable Endowment.

13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements, But Benefactions to the Amount of 16 pounds have been <left> to the Poor, The Interest of which is annually distributed according to the will of the Donors.
