1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside in the Parsonage House of Gittisham.

2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

3. Divine service at other churches: I Do not serve any other Church.

4. Frequency of divine service: I serve my Parish every Sunday twice a day with a Sermon.

5. Frequency of communion: I administer the Sacrament Six times a Year and have a bout Seventy Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: Three times in ye year I catechise ye Children about Febry at Midsummer & September.

7. Church fabric: My Church and Yard is in very good repair, & all with in decently kept.

8. Glebe terrier: I have.

9. Number of families: About Sixty four Families.

10. Chapels: I have no Chapel within my Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Meeting House nor any Papists, or Dissenter.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Here is a Charity School for 20 poor Children of the parish to be instructed in Reading and writing the masters sallery of 10 pounds per Annum is constantly paid by Thomas Putt Esqr all due care is taken of them, & a place appointed for them in the Church. No parochial Library.

13. Charity: Here is some lands <given> for ye better Support of Aged & Impotent People, which are settled every Easter according to the will of the Donor.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordaind Priest the 23^d Day of September in the year one thousand seven hund'd & fifty three. Inducted to the living of Gittisham the 9^th of Novr 1753.
