  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally in my Vicarage House.
    The Revd: Mr. Barber reads a Lecture every Thursday, in my Church, for which he has Thirty Pounds a year.

  2. Other benefices: I have another Benefice, viz, the Rectory of Hornblotton Somerset.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at no Church besides my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church twice on the Lord's Day, with a Sermon in the Morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administered four Times a Year, and there are about Twenty five Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the youth between Easter and Michaelmas.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a proper Terrier.

  9. Number of families: About <one> Hundred and Thirty.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in the Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are <no> reputed Papists in the Parish, and no Meeting-Houses.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are 2 or 3 little Schools in the Parish, No alms-Houses <no> Hospital, and but one charitable Endowment, which is properly managed. There is no Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There are some Lands left for charitable uses, which are properly applied.
