  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do personally reside without a Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not, {unless it be to assist a Neighbouring Clergyman}.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on the Lord's Day, with a Sermon in the Morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: Nine Times; & about fifty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: July & August.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair; the Churchyard is well kept, and all things are decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I can find no Terrier as yet, but will deliver in one at the Visitation properly signed.

  9. Number of families: I cannot ascertain the Number of Families, but from <Report> imagine there are between three & four hundred Inhabitants.

  10. Chapels: I have none.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have One. I have no Meeting House appropriated to that use only; but there are <a> Sect, called Methodists, who meet every other Wednesday in a farm House. Teachers. Mr John Holmes & Hatch.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are two <public> Schools one to teach Arithmetic, the other to teach Children to read. There is an Alms House. No Hospital; no Charitable Endowment, that I know of. No Library.

  13. Charity: I know of none.

    Priest's orders and institution: The 31st Day of May 1761 I was ordained Priest
    My Institution bears Date the 24th Day of July 1778.
