  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in the Vicarage House.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: Sometimes for a Neighbour, but not for any gratuity.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on the Lord's Day with Two Sermons.

  5. Frequency of communion: On Whitsunday, the Sunday after Michaelmas, Christmas day, Easter Day and the Sunday after. About Two Hundred and fifty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Summer, when the days are at the longest.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good Repair, and all things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier in the Court.

  9. Number of families: Upwards of One Hundred and Fifty.

  10. Chapels: There is no public Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I believe no Papist. No Meeting House. but one Dissenter commonly called a Methodist.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Several small Schools. No Alms-House, Hospital or Charitable endowments, except those mentioned under. No parochial Library.

  13. Charity: Some Lands and payments from Lands and I believe duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordained Priest on the Twenty Eighth day of December 1772 and had Institution the day after.
