1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I have a Resident Curate at Dolton who resides in his own House which is nearer the Church than the Parsonage, Salary forty Pounds. I have no Lecturer.

2. Other benefices: I have another Benefice. Lamerton Vicarage near Tavistock.

3. Divine service at other churches: My Curate performs Divine Service at no other Church besides Dolton.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice on the Lords Day with a Sermon in the morning.

5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administered four Times in the Year & number of Communicants one Hundred.

6. Catechising of children: Between Easter & Whitsunday.

7. Church fabric: Yes.

8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier of the Glebe Lands &c.

9. Number of families: One Hundred & Twenty.

10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within the Parish of Dolton.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is one School in Dolton supported by the voluntary Subscriptions of myself & the Parishioners - but no Endowment.

13. Charity: No Lands &c have been left.

    Priest's orders and institution: The Revd Mr. Furse Curate of Dolton took Possession of the Curacy at Lady Day last, his Deacons Orders <are dated> Michaelmas last
