  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside upon my Cure, but on the Curacy of Bishops Nympton. My Living is so small and the House so mean that I believe no clergyman ever resided upon it; it is served by the Vicar of Knowstone who is not licenced, his Salary is fifteen Guineas a year together with the Surplice Fees. I have no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine service no where but at Bishops Nympton.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my own Church once every Lords day with a Sermon.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administered three times in a year, at Christmas, Easter, & Michaelmas there were six Communicants last Easter.

  6. Catechising of children: The Children are catechised some time during the Summer.

  7. Church fabric: My Church &Chancel are in good repair, the Church yard well kept, & I have all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses &c: but one shall be made and delivered in at the Visitation.

  9. Number of families: I have six Families in my Parish.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no reputed Papists in my Parish, or any Meeting House.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have no publick or other School, no Alms House, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment, or any parochial Library within my Parish.

  13. Charity: There is a Benefaction of sixteen Shillings a year to be distributed to the poor, given by Mr Tanner lately deceased, during the life of one William Thorn; This Benefaction is duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Papers of Priests Orders bear Date ye 25th of September 1774.
