1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside, but keep a Curate, who resides in the next Parish, about two Miles - He has no Licence - his Salary 20 Pounds per Annum. No Lecturer.

2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at Stockland in ye County of Dorset.

4. Frequency of divine service: One part of the Day - A small Living not more yn forty Pounds net money.

5. Frequency of communion: Four Times in the Year - Number of Communicants about ten.

6. Catechising of children: In Lent.

7. Church fabric: Church - Chancel & Churchyard in good Repair. All Things in decent Order for divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: A Copy of the Terrier has bin returned.

9. Number of families: The Number of Families about twenty.

10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in ye Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papists dwells in my Parish.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No School - No Alms-house or - Hospital - No parochial Library.

13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements or other Benefactions for pious or charitable Uses.

    Priest's orders and institution: Instituted ye fifth Day of August 1763 - Ordained Priest ye twenty fourth Day of May 1741.
