Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure, and in my Vicarage-House. I have an assistant Resident, who serves my Daughter-Churches of Shute & Monkton, with a Salary of £45 a year & Surplice Fees. He is not licensed, it being incompatible with the tenure of his Fellowship of Baliol College. His name is John Barnes.
Other benefices: I have the Rectory of West Worlington, in the Deanery of South-Molton.
Charity: There are Lands & Tenements vested in Feoffees for such charitable other uses as they think fit, which I believe, are duly applied. The School master has a Salary allowd him out of ye Income of them.
