  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: Answer'd in ye Queries for Filleigh & East Buckland.

  2. Other benefices: Answer'd in the Queries for Filleigh.

  3. Divine service at other churches: Answer'd in the Queries for Filleigh.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performd ev'ry Lords day & there is a Sermon as often.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of ye Lord's Supper is administred five times in ye Year.

  6. Catechising of children: The youth are catechised on Sundays in ye afternoon during ye Summer.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good repair but ye Church is not [word unclear] nor can I prevail on ye Parishioners to do it. the church yard is well kept the Chalice is very indifferent.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of ye Glebe Lands &c.

  9. Number of families: The Families are about twenty.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no Papists or Dissenters of any denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no publick or other school nor any Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There was a sum of mony left to maintain a school but as there has been none for many years ye interest is distributed annually among ye poor widows & labourers.
