1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in my Parsonage House of Spaxton near Bridgwater: And I therefore keep a Curate upon my Living of Calverleigh Devon, who lives about a half mile from ye Church & to whom I give £20 per Annum for serving it; out of £70, which ye Living produces to me. My Curate's Name is Mr Worth.

2. Other benefices: I have ye Benefice of Spaxton near Bridgwater Somerset, which I hold with Calverleigh.

3. Divine service at other churches: I serve my own Church twice a Day & no other. But my Curate serves that of Calverleigh with another, called Templeton.

4. Frequency of divine service: My Church of Calverleigh has Service performed once a Day, being served with another small parish, on account of its small Value.

5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administered four times a year. The Number of Communicants are about 16 or 17.

6. Catechising of children: In ye Summer.

7. Church fabric: Yes.

8. Glebe terrier: Yes.

9. Number of families: About 14 or 15 families in ye Parish.

10. Chapels: I have none.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no Papists in my parish, as far as I know.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have none.

13. Charity: None.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordained Deacon June 2^d 1751
