  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in my vicarage House in Bampton. No Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have another Benefice besides Bampton call'd Cadbury. In the Archdeaconry of Exeter.

  3. Divine service at other churches: In none – but my own Church – and in two Chapels – in my Parish.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd in my Church Twice Every Lord's Day.

  5. Frequency of communion: Eight Times a year in the mother Church – usually about 60 Communicants – four Times a year at the Chapels about 20 Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: I Catechise the youth of my Parish occasionally, as I have an opportunity. But constantly several Sundays before a Confirmation.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have been told there is an Antient Terrier in the Court at Exeter. But I never saw it.

  9. Number of families: I reckon between three and four Hundred.

  10. Chapels: I have two Chapels in my Parish annex'd to the vicarage. I serve them myself – once a Day at Each Chapel Every week.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papists – one meeting House – Anabaptists – the present Teacher call'd Symonds.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: None.

  13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements. But some annual Benefactions which I believe are duly applied.
