  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside upon my Cure, but not in my vicarage House. I reside in my Family House, it being more convenient. The Vicarage House lately rebuilt by Me is inhabited & in good Repair – I have an assistant Mr. Buckland (for Part of the Duty) whom I allow £21 per Annum.

  2. Other benefices: I have no more Benefices than One.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service <is perform'd> Twice of a Sunday with one Sermon.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administer'd four Times in a year, & the Number of Communicants are about Forty.

  6. Catechising of children: Generally at Easter.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel is in good Repair & the Church-yard well-kept, & all Things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands Houses &c.

  9. Number of families: The Number of Families are between fifty & sixty.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel in my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no reputed Papists in my Parish nor Meeting Houses for dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is a small Charity-School.

  13. Charity: A trifling Benefaction is left for the above Purpose & duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted the 23d Day of July 1764 & ordain'd Priest the 22d Day of July 1764.
